You can't. You have to edit /extension/ezflow/design/ezflow/override/templates/block/banner1.tpl & /extension/ezflow/design/ezflow/override/templates/block/banner2.tpl to the sizes you want or upgrade to the latest ezflow get the advertisment block hope that helps!
