Automated sync with eZ users

Is there a way to automatically create newsletter subscribers when ezuser is registered?

It can be done manually for every single user but it is not an option.

I've written a cronjob which sync's the groups with different lists.

[GeneralSettings]
#preset output email format
Format=1

[SubscriptionLists]
# Subscription lists to sync
AvailableLists[]
AvailableLists[]=testnewsletter

[testnewsletter]
GroupNodeID=13
ClassFilterArray[]
ClassFilterArray[]=user
