Issues for 1.5.3 / 3.10: Why incompatible?

In: http://ez.no/developer/news/ez_newsletter_1_5_3_released This version of eZ Newsletter will only run in installations of the eZ Publish 3.9 branch. It will not install on eZ Publish 3.10 or eZ Publish 4.0.
