3.9 Online Editor : Where is the "New Attribute" feature

Why does all the "New attribute" feature when inserting an object has been removed for ezp 3.9 ?

How is this working now ? I red the documentation, looked at the code, but still don't understand how to use it now.

A lot of my images/flash movies features depends on the ability for the editor to add/remove his own (predefined) attributes.
