Alfabetic order in member list.

Hi
I'm a newbe and have made a website based on the "Building an ez Publish site" toturial. Under my "Members" page I have registrated over 200 members, and it makes the page verry long...

1.
How can I sort the members in alfabetic order..
A - B - C - D - E....
Clicking on "B" shovs only the members that starts with first letter "B"?

2.
How can I limit the memberlist in 50 members pr. side... Pushing "Next" to show the next 50 members?
