Anonymous poll spamming

I'm having trouble with unique anonymous polls.
It seems that voting on a poll and just deleting the cookie will allow anyone to vote multiple times on the same poll.
Is there any way to not allow an ipaddress to vote more than X number of times / minutes.

I have the same problem :(

I can develop some custom extension, that will store the unique anonymous IP's in the DB and then run cronjob that will remove expired rows from the database. But there will be not the best solution.

Anybody know any solutions for the unique anonymous voting (kernel patches or ready-to-use extensions)?
