Attaching file to an article

The edited form shows the name of the file and its size and links directly to it (in this case a PDF). However, when I look at the page on the site, I get the name of the file but it shows a size of "0 B" and when I click on the file name I receive a message saying that the "Object is not available". Display is using the following code: {attribute_view_gui attribute=$content_version.data_map.file_attachment} Thanks in advance.
