Can I develop a website with Ez free of fees?

Hi,

I'm searching for a platform to develop a new website. I have searched the Ez website but I can't find answer to this.

Is the Ez platform free open source or commercial open source?

The community edition that can be found in http://share.ez.no/download-develop/downloads is opensource and free of charge.
