Confused about embedding

Tjark Verhoeven	Thursday 18 March 2010 5:29:50 am I'm quite new to EzPublish and I'm confused about embedding: should I/it be possible to create an Artlicle or Webpage "X" (with some content), then in another Webpage "Y" in the editor of a content slot -> click on the paper clip (insert/edit object), then browse to X, set view to embed, inline, full or whatever. Then on the front-end/browser: should I see the content of X? When I try it (EzP 4.11), I see the text content I typed in at Y, but not the content (from X) I embedded after that text. Or can you only embed X in a content slot, but not with some typed text before it?

As for your question, you can embed another content item, just set the View to "full" when you embed it and it will show the entire content of object X within object Y. Hi Tjark,

Welcome to the community site, and sorry for the late reply. As for your question, you can embed another content item, just set the View to "full" when you embed it and it will show the entire content of object X within object Y.
