Customers lost in admin interface

Of course, they don't want to spent time reading the documentation. What tricks did you use to make eZ easiser to use ? Has someone tried to downgrade the admin interface ? Would it be possible to integrate documentation or "tips and tricks" to the admin site ? Alexandre
