date format

I have this in a temlate

{attribute_view_gui attribute=$node.object.data_map.date}

it gives me this date format:
2005.02.01 14:00

What do I need to doo to make the date dormnat:

dd:mm:yyyy => 21:11:2005

can someone show it on the code example?
