Did the user rights in the community documentation change lately?

I was editing an article.

When I wanted edit some article... I got a list of draft for this current article (about 4) ... I selected the last one for editing

After Publishing it did not display my contents...

Did you activate a workflow for the confirmation of the documentation, so that new item don't get published right away?
