Folder Creation While User Registration

I have to implement a site mainly focusing on file upload, I want users to register to the website, but in the process of registering, i would like to:

1. Create a folder for the user registering to the website (e.g. something related to the user account so that administrator can know that the folder is related to which user).

2. Let the user have access to this folder in which files can be uploaded.

3. Users can see/edit the files uploaded in the folder related to the account.

Please Help...
