Future improvement in "shop" functions ?

Hello,

Is there any improvement in the "shop" section scheduled in futur EZP releases ?

This section, which could be great, seems to be left apart by ezp developpement team.

A model for ezpublish work could be Magento : http://www.magentocommerce.com/

Does anyone in ezp team could tell us what is the mood regarding those functions ?

Will EZP get rid of the shop section ?
