You could add a link and then just put the url as http://www.domain.com/folder/page.html
You could also add a link in the xml field using the markup examples here:
http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/reference/xml_tags#hyperlinks so that would be
<link href="http://www.domain.com/folder/page.html">Link Title</link>
Depending on your rewrite rules you may also need to edit your .htaccess file to display the html pages. Merry Christmas -Tim
