How to delete orders from the order list

I am using the shop (without ecommerce linkage) to allow users to order items for later billing. How do I clear orders from the order list?

I don't believe this is possible in Ez Publish. As for now, the orderlist is meant to be an archive. (At least so I've heard...)

This is done directly in the site database.
I am using a GUI, but those more technical types can use command line entries.
1. Open the database
2. Locate the ezorder table
3. Locate the column list within the table
4. Update the data within the table
5. Delete the orders you do not want to keep
