Linkcheck only on available objects

Why check/show 'm if they aren't available? Or is it my ez publish setup? Example output information on url: The URL points to http://www.example.com. Is it possible to run the linkcheck only on available objects. Because now it shows links from objects which aren't available. Why check/show 'm if they aren't available? Or is it my ez publish setup?
