Max length of URL is 255 in OE?!

Peter Schnuerer	Friday 23 September 2005 1:31:47 am Whenever I try to enter a link with the Online-Editor (oe) the url will be cut without any warning after 255 characters. This leads to some dead links :-( How can I enter a link with more then 255 characters? Thanx Peter

this sounds like a db limitation

I would report it as a bug...
