We are wondering how much of our desired functionality could be driven by eZ, and how complicated said functionality would be to implement. - User/member Profile - Member registration - Member Types - UWE Students, ex-student, UWE staff, SU staff, student of another institution, prospective student, “other”. - University Course Data - LDAP authentication - Addresses / Contact Details - UWE Halls of residence details stored. - Member subscription preferences - Interests - Triggers on interest options (email notifications) - Password/username help/retrieval - Clubs and Socs Management - Clubs and Socs - definitions - Members of Clubs and Socs - Payment - Trip Lists - Shop Cart system - Ticket sales - Sports and Socs Membership fees - Search of members / database - Complex/combined search - View Results - Data exports - Mail Merge - Store frequent searches - Event booking system. Any ideas as to how much of this can be done would be much appreciated

But we need a membership database which will acommodate different Member Groups and a user needs to be prompted which group he needs to register into at the time of registration itself. Hi,

We are aslo building a similar system but not exactly a Sudents Union. But we need a membership database which will acommodate different Member Groups and a user needs to be prompted which group he needs to register into at the time of registration itself.
