My utf8 looks bad in my pagelayout

Softriva .com	Tuesday 15 August 2006 4:57:23 am I have setup ez to be utf8 and everything that is produced by ez looks ok in utf8 except the utf8 text that I enter directly inside the pagelayout. it lookes weird The encoding of the file is utf8 and If reopen it again in quanta, it looks ok but when ez parses it, weird chars appears.
