I have a site in development where I suddenly noticed that some of the images are missing. It seems that the original and reference version of the images have disappared, and this applies to all versions of the image files. This is similar to the fixed bug reported here:

Also a related (and fixed) bug here:
http://issues.ez.no/5067 I haven't been able to replicate the problem so far, but will keep looking for clues. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Where should I look to try to locate the problem? Here are some excerpts from log files and directories:
