Pb using images with ez

Hi,

I'm running into the tutorial and can't get the images.
As mentionned in the tutorial I tried to upload them several times but it didn't work. Is there another way to solve this pb ?

I always have a wrong image file name in the thumbnail field ! I can't get it write even if I fill and save it several times.

Can anyone help ?

Check that you've the correct var directory setting in the site.ini.append file for the siteaccess. It should be set to "tscm" as the tut. says in the beginning. Also, check that the user running the webserver is able to write to the storage/images directory (within var/tscm). The filename is automatically converted into a bogus name (some numbers and letters) - don't worry about this, this is normal eZ publish 3.2 behaviour.
