Hi, I'm looking for company / partner for development of two portals, with similar structure.

Few details:

- portals cover two different subjects: (1) renewable energy & energy efficiency, (2) beauty salons 

- they are oriented to one country, but it's planned to expand the business to region / internationally by the end of this year

- they unite concepts of information portal + business directory + community portal
