Quotes become ?

Halvor M	Thursday 08 September 2005 2:36:45 pm When cutting and pasting from other text documents, I lose a lot of formatting. Most annoyingly, I lose my quotes, which end up as ? instead. Would it help to do a search and replace in the original document, and change the quote marks " " to something else instead?

Halvor M	Monday 26 September 2005 3:27:38 am Not to forget, how does one change character set? Is this done from within the admin interface, or do I have to alter the settings within one of the underlying systems (php, sql etc)? Thanks for your input - I am looking forwarding to resolving this :-)

Halvor M	Sunday 09 October 2005 2:18:56 pm ...As I look around here, it seems many people have problems with utf-8 installs... Perhaps it would be wiser just to alter MSWord quotes to something else? Anyone have any ideas on this?
