It's dead. One moment I was innocently changing the "debug by ip" settings in the Admin Interface, the next all I get is errors ..."The requested page could not be displayed. (20)" ... I can't view or edit anything in the admin interface. Has anyone got any ideas on how to respawn/resurrect an Admin Interface with this error? Everything was working fine, it wasn't an install issue.
So far I have: - edited settings/override/site.ini.append.php to remove the debug settings that were created, then manually cleared the cache (no change, problem persists) - edited the database and changed the actual field values in there, then manually cleared the cache (no change, problem persists) - checked the error.log file, which showed:
Undefined module: common_ini_settings
[ Jun 14 2006 17:02:49 ] [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] error/view.php:
Error ocurred using URI: /index.php/mysiteaccess/setup/extensions
The entire error message, wherever I try to navigate in the Admin Interface is as follows:
The requested page could not be displayed. (20)
The requested address or module could not be found.
Possible reasons:
The address was misspelled. Try changing the URL.
The name of the module was misspelled. Try changing the URL.
There is no <common_ini_settings> module available on this site.
The site is using URL matching to determine which siteaccess to use, but the name of the siteaccess is missing from the URL. Try to add the name of the siteaccess, it should be specified before the name of the module.
Perhaps there's something else wrong? Any ideas gratefully accepted. (I've submitted a bug report, but I am yet to recover from the problem - or recreate it http://ez.no/community/bugs/debug_by_ip_setting_crashes_corrupts_admin_interface )
