The version 3.02 a error. How to correct?

After end of installation ez publish 3.02 the message on a mistake has appeared:
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /pub/home/sunhome8/Bryansk/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php on line 75

Help please as it to correct.
