We are building a service which will host websites using a highly customized version of Ezpublish. We seek a Developer able to (a) make extensive customizations to Ezpublish, (b) assist with deploying Ezpublish as a hosted service. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
a. End-to-end experience as an architect, developer, and maintainer of complex web portals using Ezpublish.
b. Experience deploying Ezpublish as a hosted service will be a big plus.
c. Strong fundamental skills in object oriented/modular programming. While Ezpublish is our preferred platform, strong candidates with experience in other open source content management systems (such as Midgard and Zope) will also be considered. We expect that this will be a short term contract of approximately three months duration, with the possibility of renewal of contract. The successful candidate will work closely with us to implement the service. As we are based in Singapore, the candidate should preferably be located here. However, strong candidates located elsewhere will also be considered.
