Webshop - product limits?

Is this something that ez can easily do, or should i like at a particular ecommerce system such as magento for instance? They do need some of the cms capabilities and i really like ez publish.

5000 products really is nothing. We have seen webshops with tens of thousands of products, and it really isn't an issue.
