XML Block in admin interface is gone. Please help.

Althought all other attributes and the title of an XML block are shown the OE is not appearing. It happened after I modified scc settings in settings/override/design.ini.append and image size in siteaccess/my_site/image.ini.append.php. Althought I don't think it could be a reason... Thanks.
