4.3 Installation Problem

Alan Fowler	Thursday 19 May 2011 12:13:57 pm Hi, I'm trying to install 4.3 on my server. I've installed the latest version of Ez Components using the PEAR method via SSH, but I'm still getting 'Wrong Ez Components version detected' when running the install process. Can anyone help? The server is showing eZ Components 2009.2.1 installed and the Ez Publish installer is asking for 2008.2 as a minimum. I've also checked php.ini and it is showing the correct include path to where the ezc directory is located. Many thanks Alan

I would suggest you install the recent version of the ez community project 2011.5 (based on ez 4.5): http://share.ez.no/download-develop/downloads/ez-publish-community-project-2011.5 The right versions of ez components are bundled with theese releases. The ones you need are ezpublish-4.3.0-full-with_ezc-gpl.tar.gz (28.99 MB) or ezpublish-4.3.0-full-with_ezc-gpl.zip (34.28 MB). ezc stands for eZ Components.
