Add a new language for translation

Hi,

does anyone know how to add a new translation language wich is not installed in the ez system? For example i want to add romanian language.

And if it's posibble to do that how can I set then the new language as default?

Also have a look at the existing translations, they consist of an .ini file under /share/locale and a .ts file under /share/translations.
