APACHE restart forces re-install

Neo Pixel	Wednesday 15 October 2008 7:01:23 am Hi folks, I have a friend who has installed ezp 4.01(ezwebin) on a windows 2000 server (service pack4) with APACHE 1.3.41 on PHP 5.26 Everytime he re-starts apache it forces a re-install, does anyone who why this might be happening? Any clues would be appreciated. :) Asking stupid questions so you don't have to!

Information if start setup wizard or not is in INI setting (after installation in settings/override/site.ini.append.php) // Do not start setup wizard [SiteAccessSettings] CheckValidity=false So, either someone removed that file or changed the setting. Hi,

So, either someone removed that file or changed the setting.
