Can't get beyond 1st page

There doesn't seem to be anywhere to go! It mentions "Setup tag" but I can't see anything

Hello Rick,

we had the same problem yesterday. Did you try to install eZ publish several times? Try to clear the caches in the admin interface or, if that does not work, manually with an ftp programm. It worked for us.

The page in your screenshot is the user interface. The setup tab is in the admin interface. The last page of the setup wizzard displays a link to both the admin and the user interface.
