chmod & permissions problems ..

I had make the configuration for my site in my localhost, after I had upload the whole files and folders, then i had create folder /var/ with chmod 0777 and in it i had create also log,cache,and storge folders with 0777 chmod. also didn`t find the design folder !! But I had error with permissions, I got this error msgs : Could not open file 'var/cache/expiry.php' for writing, perhaps wrong permissions Couldn't create cache directory var/cache/ini/, perhaps wrong permissions Couldn't create cache file 'var/cache/ini/bb155176e9a810ef4366412f94744454.php', perhaps wrong permissions Couldn't create cache file 'var/cache/ini/0f3d7f7c60666da1572e07ee41a979fe.php', perhaps wrong permissions Couldn't create cache file 'var/cache/ini/0f3d7f7c60666da1572e07ee41a979fe.php', perhaps wrong permissions No template could be loaded for "user/login.tpl" using resource "design" any idea ?!
