Created URL alias does not show up in list

Good morning,

I've created an URL alias (which was successful), but it does not show up in the list 'Globally defined URL aliases'. The problem is now that I need to change this alias, but I can't reach it :-(. Removing it is of course also not possible. Appreciate any help...

It's probably a node URL alias; such aliases are viewable per node.
