Daft question - how do I log on to the admin pages?

I set my site up some time ago - http://www.beechware.co.uk/bandb/

Like an idiot I didn't make any notes which now means that I have forgotten how to get at the admin pages. I just used the default set up. I haver tried http://www.beechware.co.uk/bandb/admin, http://www.beechware.co.uk/band_admin but no joy.

I know that I am a fool but can anybody help?

-Check your browser history
-check your settings/siteaccess dirctory
-check your site.ini.append.php under the siteaccess directories
