download error?

The windows2000 distro it won't execute. It comes up with a 'parameter error'. Any views? Is it a problem with the download? its my first attempt, so any views will help.

I downloaded the Installer for Windows 2000 and it works perfectly fine on my machine.

I downloaded this program ezpublish-3[1].1-1_winnt.exe

Appreciate any advice, I want to learn how to use EZpublish and thought this package is an excellent idea.
