Error accesing index.php for instalation!

Hi!
I download version 3.3 and I try to install
I use Apache 1.3.27 and PHP 4 ind mod_php
I create database on Mysql and then I try to acces to
URL .../index.php to begin setup wizard ..
This error appear on screen

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_key_exists() in lib/ezutils/classes/ezmodule.php on line 869

array_key_exists was added to php in version 4.1.0. To run eZ publish we recommend PHP version 4.2.3 or later.
