We have just done a upgrade on our sites here at Lillehammer College. With this ive written a litle guide on upgrading a norwegian eZ site to 3.8 and utf-8. Tought maybe this is something others might get use for. This is our upgrade and how we did it, it might not fit with every other update, but it will give you a hint on things.
