ezoe not working - upgrade docs missing

For some reason above info only appears in the news item about 4.1: http://ez.no/developer/news/ez_publish_4_1_0_released. The oe rewrite rule is mentioned in oe doc, oe INSTALL and FAQ files and in the mentioned news post ( also the one for 4.1.1 ).
On the ezp upgrade doc you absolutely correct, it is missing and should be added asap.
