Does anybody know if there is an existing extension. that adds PayPal functions to the shop, and that can actually work with ezPublish 4.0??? Please, I really need it...

the paypal extension is not portet yet, but will soon (hopefully, we are waiting for founding on it).

Can't we just use the ezauthorize extension. I was reading about it at:
http://ez.no/developer/articles/installing_an_ez_publish_payment_gateway
and at:
http://ez.no/developer/forum/developer/ez_authorize/(offset)/20 It seems to work with paypal and others. I have not yet used it, so this is just speculation. I too want paypal as my gateway.

My guess is that eZ PayPal will be released with 4.0.1 version and will probably not work with current 4.0.0, because of issue in ezorder.php class.
Personally i managed without big effort to "upgrade" eZ PayPal ver from eZ Publish 3.10 to work with 4.0. I didn't tested it more than a few tries, but it seems to work. Although i have some time to finish my current project, so i will probably wait for official 4.0.1 with official PayPal extension.

Thanks for the response, what part of the ezPayPal did you change. I messed around with it for a while the last couple of days and it seems to work until the point of activating the order on the validation of payment. If you pointed me in the right directions I'm sure I could figure out the rest.

I am pretty new to EZPublish... how often do releases come out, specifically 4.0.1? It sounds like for people like me, we should wait for the Paypal for that version...

Hi, anyone got the ezPaypal extension working with eZp 4.3? I'm having the same problems as described in this thread - it all stops when returning from Paypal: http://share.ez.no/forums/developer/ezpaypal-with-ezpublish-4.0/(language)/eng-GB Any suggestions for a solution appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, for me its working. I checked out the svn sources and installed it as usual. Paypal appear normally in payment gateway event.
