In final step I have this message:

The current execution was stopped to prevent further problems.
You should contact the System Administrator of this site with the information on this page.
The current transaction ID is TRANSID-61f817ec7adc1517b026871d7ed76e8f and has been logged.
Please include the transaction ID and the current URL when contacting the system administrator.

If you go to the var/log directory of your installation and look at error.log you should be able to find the Transaction ID and more information about the cause of the error.
