We have a 3.8.6 install using the feedback forms from the ezwebin interface. When the forms are filled out the site redirects from the domain to the ip address hosting the site. We haven't been able to find any reason as to why this would occur unless there is some buggy apache setup or redirect setup in ez code. Does anyone know where the redirect code lives that determines what URI is used for redirecting collectedinfo forms? Hi Andrew,

By default this should redirect to the main_node_id (default: 2). That it redirect to the IP can be a problem in the site.ini specification of SiteURL.
