Help! How do I run eZ Publish?

Sorry!
A very silly question.
I appear to have successfully downloaded EzPublish using Synaptic.
But how do I run it?
It doesn't seem to appear in the applications menu.
And I can't seem to run it from either the Run Command window or Konsole.
How do I run it?
Please help!

WHICH didn't return anything.
And LOCATE produced lots of files but nothing that looked to me like an executable/binary file.
Do I need to build the application?
If so, can I do so in Synaptic or KPackage?
If not, what is the syntax?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
I'm obviously a very green newbie.

It's a web application, not a binary. So try to figure out where synaptic installed it and how it maps to the Apache installation it hopefully installed as well.
