help with eztime! i'm in the gmt +1 zone!

hi all
i'd like to setup my system in order to have the date corresponding to the gmt +1 zone (i'm in italy).

i've seen here http://ez.no/community/forum/setu...ck_due_to_servers_in_other_time_zone
that there is a parameter (%0) to set this gap, but i don't know where and how to use it

any hint?
