How and where do you publish content in ez3?

Can anyone give me a few details on how (and where) to publish ez3 content.

ie. step by step procedure using ez3 admin.

Also, what parameters need to be set in what locations(eg. files) before publishing.

(I'm pretty sure I've loaded the demo data correctly in mySQL database ezpublish_3.)

You may find it interesting that I am replying to my own thread...

However, if anyone else has this problem I really appreciate your frustration and hope this helps you.
