How to change the language settings for Admin interface

Hi all,
I know that different language can be set as different site access. But how can add language switch feature for single site access? For example, the admin interface seems always display the English text, even I download other language files and enabled other language. I want to change the default language of the admin interface to another language, how can I do this?

You need to go to 

settings\siteaccess\admin

mine is as
