How to make a clean update of ez publish ?

Hi,

We are now more used to the CMS but new versions are published very often. The installation includes sql querie to update the database but how can we easily update the php files on a remote install ?
In fact, is there a way to know which files are new or updated and should be modified/removed/ added to the current install ?

Yes but isn't it just an update of the database ? Does it as welle changes the php files ?
If so, that's just great but I really thought that these scripts only changed the databases !
