I can't Install

I download ez-3.5.2 - 3.6.1
But setup don't start.
My configuration is:

Apache/2.0.52 (Win32) PHP/4.3.9
(allowpath_info on)

Apache log error is:

I download 3.5.2 zip version
(but I have tried also the version 3.6.1 zip- Same problem)

Database is MySQL 4.0.22-nt

My server is WMServer (http://www.wmcreation.it/index.php?action=wmservertools)

I have created in http.conf:

Alias "/ez/" "D:/ESPERIMENTI/ez-publish/ezpu/"
<Directory "D:/ESPERIMENTI/ez-publish/ezpu">
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes
AllowOverride All
AcceptPathInfo On
#Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

then: In browser
http://localhost/ez/
Nothing
