Fatal error: Class 'ezcBaseOptions' not found in S:\WebPHP\ezpublish-4.3\ezpublish\kernel\private\options\ezpextensionoptions.php on line 57
Fatal error: eZ Publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ Publish was abruptly ended, debug information can be found in the log files normally placed in var/log/*

Welcome to the community portal. About your problem, check if you have eZ Components installed. There is a download for eZ Publish which includes eZ Components.
